MOTHER'S KITCHEN - NEW YORK

Mother’s Kitchen - New York is a soup kitchen inspired by Amma’s love and compassion. It is held on the first Saturday of each month from 1:30-8 p.m. at Ascension Church, 221 West 107th St. (between Broadway and Amsterdam Ave.). The church is ideally suited for Mother’s Kitchen, offering a newly renovated commercial kitchen, a larger feeding area, air conditioning and many needy people in the neighborhood.

If you can help with food prep, cooking, dining room set-up, serving and clean-up during the soup kitchen or picking up cartons of donated produce beforehand, please contact Tamar Schwartz at psypsa@aol.com or 917-547-8054. Thank you.
