Dayamrita Swamiji, long-time disciple and Amma's main spiritual representative in the US, will be returning to our area the weekend of March 9th.

Full-day retreat in Manhattan: Saturday, March 10th

10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Subud Chelsea Center
230 West 29th Street (between 7th and 8th Aves.)

The retreat will include a guided meditation, talk, question and answer session, chanting, and bhajans (spiritual songs) led by Swamiji. A tasty Indian lunch, chai and snacks will be served.

A meal will also be served at the conclusion of the retreat.

The cost is $35 per person and $75 for families. No pre-registration is required.

Jyotish (Astrology) Readings Offered in April

In Sanskrit astrology is called Jyotish, which means "science of light." It is the science of understanding the subtle influences that come to us from the universe.

Jyotish can help us to understand how to optimize our potential so our lives develop according to our true destiny. It gives us an idea of the trends and periods of life — when to act and when not to act. It helps us understand our weaknesses — where we may need to put extra attention in order to attain fullness in our lives.
